Who are We?

The Harkness World Business Center is the international business arm of The Habib Group, which is composed of manufacturing and trading companies. At Harkness, we unite business people with the products they need to conduct profitable business transactions. Whether our search takes us across the street or around the world, Harkness finds manufacturers for buyers and buyers for sellers. We ship in 20’ and 40’ containers – either insulated or dry – and we accept payment usually by letters of credit.

Although Harkness now buys and sells in every corner of the world, our modest origin was in a retail store founded by the late Tuffy Habib, Sr. more than 60 years ago. The foundation of our business today remains as it was then: loyalty is a two-way street. Find a good product for a fair price, and your customers will reward you with trust and repeat business.
